Just as the title describes it, I had taken a hit on New Years Eve. My first ever snake bite and to be quite honest, it didn't hurt at all. I think the shock was the worst part but the initial bite felt no worse than getting a shot at the doctors. I am a little glad that I got that out of the way though. I am also glad that I watched a whole mess of videos on YouTube about how NOT to panic and jerk back after a snake bite. Unfortunately, it wasn't a tag and release...poor sweetheart was on hunt mode and more than likely smelled the rat in the air. My hand must not have been too tasty since he didn't attempt to swallow it after. Jk All in all he got his rat and I got to keep my fingers. Lol
