 I think I must have one of the sweetest Ball Pythons out there - my big girl Trinity. She had her shed yesterday and it was not one of her best and I had to assist her in getting some of the old shed off. She had retained her eyecaps so I had to tackle getting those off which is something I have never done before so I was a little nervous about messing around with her eyes. So I moistened her eyes and the surrounding area with some Repti-shed aid and Trinity lay very quiet and motionless while I peeled the old eyecaps off. She was the perfect patient and did not squirm or fuss at all. I was kind of thinking maybe she might want to bite me or something what with messing with her eyes but she just laid there like a big ol stuffed snake. I must admit that I have developed feelings for my Ball Pythons....they are all pretty much such mellow laid back serpents and they actually provide me with an odd sort of company and amusement. My BPs in particular are just like squishy toys - they are so harmless. Great snakes to show to friends and play with. I love snakes...

Mine too, i had a whole bunch of friends ( and thier other friends that i dont really know) and word got around to the new guys that i had three snakes so of course they asked if they could see them, well i showed them and they loved it, they were all holding roxy and saying how cool she was and how lucky i was to have her, she was a very good girl and let everyone pet her. I was so proud

Glad you got those eye caps off alright i hope i never have to do that, i think ill be kinda nervous.
