So I finally got my Mojave boy!
hes been in my house for the last week or so, but I've put off handling him till yesterday. He's in shed at the moment but he's still so mellow!! Even when he was blue and I picked him up he didn't so much as puff at me, in fact he's so mellow it's kind of freaky
Anyway, I decided to call him Jay after Jay Gatsby

Thank you!! One question- he's been in shed since he's been here, and was in shed at the breeder's. So he's been in for about two weeks- and he's just gone out of the "blue" so how long would you say it would be until he's shed?

He should shed anytime now. Usually a day or two after the eyes clear up. But you never know, they are on their own timetable.

I have had them shed as far as a week from eye clearing.
