    This is my ball, Shadow. This pic is about a year and a half old, when I first received him. The previous owner told me he had not fed for about 3 months because he was shedding, so I fed him in spite of this...here is the pic :o



    More to come when he finishes shedding currently, and when I get my camera working (ahhh..technology)

    PS-I call Shadow he, but I never had him probed to determine sex.[/img]

    Wow 3 months, i dont know who the owner but i have never heard of a snake having a 3 month shed. 3 months is a good while to go with out eating.

    Drew time is right, the average shedding time is like a week maybe a little longer

    Yeah, thats what I though too, I don't think the previous owner took very good care of Shadow...Military guy, never home.

    Ya that is pretty neglectful, it sounds like this guys did not really take such good care of this snake, poor little guy/girl.
    if i were you i would check out the care sheets and do some research on your snake so you know what he/she needs and how to provide it safly. LAck of knowledge is the biggest killer of ball pythons.
