    Feeding question

Hi there, I have a question about my BP's eating. We've had her for a few months and she's always been a good eater. She shed a couple weeks ago and hasn't eaten since. I've offered her live and frozen thawed. I'm going to try again today. She's acting OK except she doesn't go into her hide anymore and her skin looks loose. I know it's normal for BPs to get fussy with their eating but I wanted to know when I should worry. Also, she was rubbing her head and face last night on her log but she just shed a couple weeks ago. Eye caps?

BPs are incredibly frustrating when it comes to their inconsistent feeding. They will go off feed for literally no reason at all. Make sure the temps and humidity are correct, and then all you can do is wait. Go ahead and try live if you can.

Eye caps are pretty apparent when stuck, they will look like a milky haze over the eye.

    Re: Feeding question

OK thanks! Her eyes look nice and black so that's good. Temp is 90 and humidity is 50%. She's acting fine when i hold her so i guess i'll stop worrying :-)
