    scale rot? or nose rub

my big female escaped her tub the other day, she must of really forcer her way out because there is a very small crack between the tub and the rack, maybe 1/8th of an inch . i came home to the snake room a disaster and her balled up in a drawer.. since then iv put a lid the tub which seems to keep humidity too high so ill have to figure out something else..i use paper towel and a ceramic water bowl and clean the tub with f10sc disinfectant pretty often. i didn't notice anything the day i found her but when i checked today she's missing scales on her nose which look like they've started to scab and has 2 more that look like there ready to come off. she's being a bit aggressive which is not normal for her so assume she's in a bit of pain. I'm going to take her to the vet but i figured id ask on here in the mean time.. i also noticed the scales on her head look indented now. was wondering if over the counter antibacterial cream is safe or if it looks like something someone else has experienced.. my assumption is its from forcing her way out of her tub.
