Just ordered Don Soderberg's Corn Snakes in Captivity (IIRC, that is the title).
He is sending it signed, which I always like. Amazon had only used offerings.
I know: *everything is on the 'net*.
I didn't grow up with the net, and I don't trust it to be around forever.
Better to have a hard copy.
I was planning to order a snake soon from him, but not finding much in the way of localities beyond the bright Okatee (spell???). My favorites are the metallic Alabama phase, and the Miami phase. Ken Foose had a lovely looking adult at Exotic Pets Las Vegas, and Sunshine Serpents had another beauty, but both are now sold/on hold. VMI has babies, but at $200 each, and I preferred the idea of getting an adult already in its permanent colors.
We'll see.
Doesn't have to happen tomorrow.
I have a book to read first, anyway.
