That's not normal at all, I'm no expert.. maybe scale rot? or burns? Whats your setup?

Sorry it took so long i just got back from work to heat the tank im using a UTH, and using aspen shavings as substrate

A friend of mine came over and looked at her he says its scale rot so we gonna start giving her treatments tomorrow
