    More new snakes!

My wife is the greatest. Just saying. She sends me a CL ad where a local breeder is getting out of the game and literally dumping snakes. Someone a while back noticed that I needed more females, which was true. I really was not planning on these, but she offered me a great deal due to some life changing events on her part. She just wanted someone that would care for her snakes since she no longer could. Meet the new girls.

    Yang, Pastel proven breeder.

Nora, Spider proven breeder. Love the mustache. I spent a lot of time with her and actually opened up her mouth to make sure it really was just coloring.

And Pyrrha. Her previous owner called her a normal, but I think she's a lesser. Please correct me if I'm wrong. She is 50% het for Caramel Albino though. Mom was gorgeous when I saw the pics. Dad was a Lesser.

Maybe she's just a really light normal. She has a bit more yellow in her than showed up in the pic. Any input is welcome. Thanks for looking.

Nice pick up Dave. I'd say the last one is a really nice looking normal though. Doesn't really look like a lesser to me.

    Re: More new snakes!

I just ordered a bunch of food for the girls this morning and took the opportunity to get accurate weights so I knew what to get.

    Yang, 1075g.
    Pyrrah, 1712g.
    Nora, 980g.

By no means small or unhealthy, but Nora and Yang could use some bulking up before November if I am going to pair them this season. I'm guessing I won't, but I have a few months to decide. It'll be that long before they are out of quarantine anyway. Pyrrah, is most likely just going to remain a cool snake to have around unless I have a chance to prove out her genetics. She's sweet either way, both in looks and temperament. Might be the best $10 snake I ever bought!

I'll send you a PM. Not sure about forum rules posting stuff like that.

Tending to agree with you now. I just did a water change and took a good look. I guess it was her pattern that threw me...and wishful thinking. Still a great snake. I have a chance at a VPI line visual Axanthic male. Maybe I'll pick him up and put them together down the line. Seems counter productive to my love of the yellow morphs, but I like the black and white ones a lot too. So many options...
