Hatchling ball python still hasn't shed?

Our second clutch which was only one egg it came out of the egg on July 19th and still has yet to shed. I know it's not a humidity problem because we make sure that it's got good humidity. We keep him on damp paper towel and keep it damp. The weird thing is he actually ate a live mice crawler without hesitation. I don't know if this means anything but he's a real mean snake haha probably just how it is. But if anyone has had this happen or can chime in it'd be great thanks!

Hey, all hatchlings are defensive and maybe a little snappy. Maybe you missed the shed skin and it's in a corner or under the paper towels?

It happens but eventually they do shed, I have had hatchlings like that over the years shedding 4 to 8 weeks after hatching, just keep feeding it and keep him on moist paper towel.
