Doesn't look like scale rot to me but I havent had any experience with it either.

The skin is def pushing the scales out...I also didnt think scale rot 100% from pictures i saw but I have never dealt with it either.

Have you checked for mites?

That definitely looks bacterial to me... Keep doing betadine soaks for now. It doesn't look too severe, but it is covering a lot of the body area. If it doesn't look like it's responding to the betadine, I think it's time for a vet visit.

Out of curiosity, how was the snake being kept? It's just that being on the sides like that and not the belly is kind of an unusual place for bacterial infections to really start up.
