Ok, so I've read in several places that when you spray anything on a snake (like mite killer, virosan, etc) that you should try to keep it from the snake's eyes.. but snake eyes are covered by the eye cap, and aren't a mucous membrane like our eyes are, right? Wouldn't that mean that their eyes aren't sensitive like ours? I know that snakes that aren't headshy don't mind their eyes being touched. Makes sense since they have no eyelids, they need to be able to have things touch their eyes.
