When it says HI, I believe you have too much humidity. Mine shoots up to "HI" when the humidity is over 99%. Air the humidity guage out and see if that helps. Sometimes mine shoots up like that when I'm spraying the cage a bit and some water gets in/on it.
As for your ambient temps, do you mean the general air temperature in the cage? Like, are the temps in the warm and cool hide okay? Currently my room is cool from the winter weather, so my ambient(air temperature) in the cage is about 75 degrees. But my hides are around 90 and 80, so I think it's fine.

Throw an extra UTH under the cool side. Experiment with different power levels until you get the ambient temp you are looking for (starting low and working up slowly). Sometimes in the winter it's necessary to add a little extra heat to your enclosure, especially if it's a glass tank.
Hope this helps.

or if you can, get a room heater with a thermostat. Keep your room temps at about 75 and the heating pad will raise it another few degrees and you will be sitting pretty.
If Cody is right and your humidity is too high, you could probably add a lamp with a low watt bulb and be good too.
good luck

ok,I will heat the room a bit,but my basking temps are 91.6.Would the UTH heat up more?

Basking temps should be on the opposite end of the cage from where you're adding a UTH (you did say ambient temps). A small UTH shouldn't change them, but if they do you have a few degrees to play with. For more than a few years, all of my basking spots have been set at 94 degrees and my collection is thriving!
In my opinion heating the whole room for one or two snakes is a little extreme, especially if it's a bedroom where you have to sleep.
And if your humidity is too high this time of year (winter==dry), you don't need to add an overhead light (i'm not a big fan of overhead heating). Just stop misting (if that's how you got it that high) or increase your airflow into the cage. Very rare to have humidity too high this time of year without constantly misting the cage, having wet substrate, bad ventilation, etc. Maybe your hygrometer is on the fritz?
