Good plans for a snake enclosure?

So I've been planning to keep snakes for a LONG time haha, and now I'm even closer in being able to own them. The only problem is, I'm a college student, which means I have no real funds to buy AP cages, Vision, etc. I was looking around some old threads that say they only spend around $1-300 for a 4' x 2' x 2' enclosure, opposed to $3-400 which is what I'm really looking for. I haven't build anything from hand before, so I don't have all the tools. And I'm really looking into xPVC since it is lightweight and would be easier to move. Does anyone have any good snake enclosure plans? Would it really be wise for me to do this even though I don't have the tools for it? (I have drills, hammers, etc. all the basic stuff, but no saws of any sorts).

If you have a manards by you you can get 1/4 hdpe for 60$ a 4x8 and build a 4 footer for 100-120 with sliding doors but you going to need a table saw and a extra set of hands. I make a 2x2 frame and atach the plastic to that and silicone the seams.

One sheet leaves the sides and back exposed. Once I finish the next 4 im going to make side pannels out of 1/4 board painted black
