    Great Exercise with Afterburn

    Elenore over ate big time last week so we decided that some serious exercise was in order.



    Then then some good Afterburn kicked in!

    The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    Once in a while, a big meal is just fine. You should let her totally empty out now, and wait a good bit before she has another feed.

    And yes!! Exercise is always good.
