Right now DH should be about $500 a pair, when you produce them who knows.
Also remember that because they sell for that price does not mean you will sell your for that price, selling he's is not easy especially if you do not have a reputation.

I did a little research bc I am doing the same project. The price can be variable based on the sex of the animal, of course the females will bring more of a asking price. The weight and age of the animal should be factored in as well. Coloration of the het will be looked at also. Most importantly, back up your hets with guarantees and pictures. Pictures of the parents, the locks of the parents, pictures of the clutch after it is laid and pics of the hatchlings partially out of the egg. This information came from a reputable breeder who says most people will be hard pressed to buy hets without this type of documentation. And a lot of people are reluctant to buy hets from someone who is not a established reputable business. Fair price ranges are between 150.00 to 300.00 for males and 275.00 to 550.00 for females taking into account the variables above.
