Question to the experts, veterans Breeders,

As the eggs start creating heat on its own should I lowered the temperatures?
    Day 47 today!
    Thanks in advance!

I keep mine at 88 degrees always, I never lower the temperature. I have incubated at 89 and 90 degrees as well without lowering the temperature. I do start airing the box out after day 50, I just open the egg box and check them every other day or so.

No reason to change it up now, most of the work is done already, they will be fine

I never messed with it. I incubate at 88.5 degrees. As they start dimpling like that, I do start to exchange air a little more frequently though.

You already got the good advice, but if I can add something. I don't think it is a good idea to have the eggs touching the side of the tub like yours are. It doesn't seem to have affected your eggs, but just for future clutches.

Re: Question to the experts, veterans Breeders,

My personal experience is they will do fine if the temperatures stay stable. I tend to provide more air exchange as well, but that might just be because I'm checking on the eggs more often near the clutch hatching date!

This, there is no need to lower temps.
