    Pewter and Cinnabee?

    Hey guys,
I told myself I wasn't going to buy any more bp's for a while but well... I couldn't resist at least looking into this one.
It is a pair of male pewter 1000g and female cinnabee 500g for $200 for both. I was thinking that's a pretty good price.
I'm pretty excited about the possibilities with this pair: especially the super cinammons and maybe silver bullet!

So what do you think of them quality wise? The pewter looks dark to me but I don't know if that's desirable or not.

Let me know what you think.
    Thanks,
    Greg

The pewter does look a little darker and more muddy than what I would prefer color wise, but that could just be the lighting. Were you thinking of getting them as a breeding pair? If so, you should be aware of the problems with the super cinnys. A cool looking morph, but it comes with an increased risk of kinks in the babies.

Thanks lizardlicks. I am aware of the risks of super cinnies but I would really like to work with that morph.

Anyone else have some input on the cinnabee perhaps?
    Thanks.

I like the look of the cinnabee. Usually I prefer spiders have as few spots as possible, but I like the way her pattern stretches it out.

At 200 for both I would do it. The male is a little dark, true, but that could be a good thing. I prefer darker coloration myself, and thinking a super dark male like that mixed in with other projects could just make other genes pope exceptionally. Imagine that with banana or something like it? Different isn't bad.
