Sorry I'm new.. Help?

I was given a ball python about a month ago from a friend who was moving. He/ she seems to have adjusted well, but I'm worried about his eyes. When I first got him his eyes were very crinkley? (I don't know how to describe it sorry) When I looked it up it looked like he had retained eye caps. I read online that it's because he didn't have enough humidity, and soaking him and rubbing mineral oil on his eyes can help?

so just up the humidity and the problem should go away. If it doesn't, it is possible it is retained eye caps, but without his last shed it is difficult to tell. He/she looks like he/she is in the size range were he will shed every month and a half or so. Inspect his next shed to make sure the eye caps come off. If not, we should look at treatment options then.
Please give us your current cage conditions, so we can advise you if humidity is too low.

I've been keeping the humidity at around 60% and his eyes have started to smooth out since I've had him, but he still still has little creases. He's about three feet long and I don't know when his last shed was but like I said, I've had him for about a month and when I got him there were little pieces from his last shed scattered around so I don't think he shed properly whenever he did. From what I've read I'm assuming that that was because he was kept too dry?
The warm side of his tank is 90-95 degrees, and the cool side is 75 degrees. He has a hide on both sides but he usually stays on the warm side. I've been keeping the humidity up at at least 60% to try to help his eyes.

That is the correct course of action, stay on that course and your snake should recover well.
