    Rat too big??

This may be a stupid question but I've only had my BP for about a month and she's only eaten one time.. I tried at first frozen/thawed but she had up until that point only eaten live.. So I got her a live pup and she struck within 15 seconds. Two weeks later I try again and she won't even look at it.
Could she have struggled with the first and I took a few pictures but I wasn't trying to stick my hand in there with a (probably) hungry snake and a rat.

Probably a lot of people would say you could even go a little bigger. So no, definitely not to big.
