    I have a few questions

Is there any way to tell if a bp had any other genes in them visually? I picked up two bps from pet stores. When i breed them out would be a surprise to see what comes out. Here are a few pictures of them. Your opinions are welcomed.

Well, I think you have a 50% chance of producing normals het for albino and a 25% chance of producing albinos. Then a 25% chance of just normals. I may stand corrected on the percentages based on how many eggs are in the clutch. Good luck any way.
Stay in peace and not pieces.

Re: I have a few questions

I'm not an expert on ball python morphs but I know genetics. If you have a normal and albino (I'm guessing) and they have nothing else in terms of special genes you're going to get all babies that look normal but are heterozygous for albino.

If your normal happened to be heterozygous for albino (and it could be - visually the het for albino doesn't show) then you'll get 50% albino babies and 50% normals that are get albino.

    Hope that's helpful!

Re: I have a few questions

I've never actually been to a reptile expo but I have been to bird expos. They will for sure have vendors selling all kinds of supplies.

I need to to find an expo coming up in so cal. I'd like to go to one!

If the sex male and female AND you get them to breed you would have a full clutch on 100% het albinos.
Cominc from pet stores I would be safe to guess they are both males though I have seen some normal females come from a box store.
If the normal happens to be a female it would be worth making the hets.
If the albino by chance is female then find something other than a normal to breed to her and try to get it het albino.
