    High humidity!

I have a v70 rack that has ambient temp of 81.4f - 82.0f and a hot spot of 90f . My humidity levels are in the high 70's to 82% I was using newspaper as a substrate but the humidity remains high to me and I am concerned. I know the cypress mulch was the original problem and that was why I switched to newspaper. I really don't want to use aspen bc I have had bad experiences with it in the past. Is there something else I can use to lower the humidity?
