My Normal Female quit eating a little over a month ago. She weighs 1240 grams. Could it be that she hit the 1000 gram wall?

Sure it could be. A month is nothing to be concerned about really. Just make sure your husbandry is spot on (i.e., not causing your own problems) and she'll pick back up when she's ready.
