    Rabbit Breeds for Snake Food

Title pretty much says it all, I need to know what breeds of rabbit would be best for producing good boa food. Thanks in advance for your help!
    With kindest regards,
    Adin.

Knowing the limited amount about rabbits that I do, I believe the typical breeds are new Zealands, Californians, and crosses of the two breeds. New Zealands grow a little smaller, between 5 and 12 pounds, while Californians grow slightly larger. I would guess that the traditional f/t rabbits sold are the white variety of New Zealands, though most places don't list the breed so I can't say for sure.

My older brother used to raise the white New Zealands for 4H, and I briefly owned a Californian and went through the 4H class on rabbitry when I was about 13 years old, so I may have forgotten some of the finer points.
