    sounded big-er

Received a 24x16 showcase cage today. It sounds bigger than it looks now in person. I haven't installed the doors or anything cause now that I see it in person it seems tiny.

standard paper plate for size reference, bulldogge not included

same paper plate on "cool side"

Well yeah, 24x16 is pretty small. Add about 36" height though and you got a decent sized GTP cage I'm pretty sure a male BP could live in there his whole life. A female though I doubt it. Right now I got my pied female in a 36x18x12 tank until I get around to ordering her AP T-8 cage. Showcase makes nice looking cages but too expensive for me for the sizes. I like the fronts of their cages. Grats regardless.

Not sure why I used a paper plate. . Items that make more sense. ..
    a 242g pastel

    A 490g 11 year old male corn snake. . 5ish feet.

I agree they are expensive, but I like the heat pad area and the designated light areas on top. If shipping wasn't so bad for the 36x24 I would have got that. I like the idea of keeping the lights out of the cage.
