    Beginner BP owner- Scale rot?

I have had my ball for about 9 months now. She is my first reptile, and other than a couple of shedding issues, health issues have been minimal until I discovered, after an incomplete shed, 2 lesions on her back. 1 of them being slightly worse (down to the flesh) than an identical shaped sore about an inch away from the other. The lesions, size wise, matched up with a pyramid she tends to lay in a lot. At first after comparing the sharp architectural pyramid edges to the lesions, I assumed she was using the pyramid to aid in her shedding.

Today when I came home, I pulled her out of her cage and noticed a couple of other spots, brown in color, on other parts of her body. No change in the original lesions from what I can tell.
She has slight behavioral changes, a little less active when out, and almost a quiver of the head.

I gave her a quick bath, and dried her off well. I am about to apply some Neosporin to her brown patches and open lesions. Instead of keeping her in her regular terrarium, I disinfected a plastic tub, makeshift secured a screen on top and set up the heat lamp facing her, yet not close enough to make it unbearably hot.

I am a beginner and I am pretty much just googling articles on to what the best options are right now, which seems to be a shot in the dark. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
