Do shed cycles sync up

I've noticed this the past few sheds my albino(150g) and my normal (400g) both seem to go into shed around the same time every month is this normal or just kind of a freak thing that is going on? They are both great eaters never miss a meal.. And everything else is spot on.

All three of my snakes are more or less on the same shed cycle. And they are all different breed of snake
