    My current list:

    Another ball...or two or so...
    Cresties or Gargoyles, possibly both
Standings Day Gecko (I really like some of the other day gecko species, but I think one you can hold would be easiest in case of escapees)
Green Tree Pythons, although I want to start out with an ATB, since they're supposed to be easier to start out with

In the case of the geckos, I'd like to start out and then try breeding. I may also try to breed balls in the future. I also plan on starting out with the cresties or gargoyles before I make a move on the day geckos, becuase I think they'd be easier.

There are some other snake species I'm interested in, but they can wait for quite a while. Also, someday I'd like to hold a giant gecko...i dunno if i want to drop the 400 or so to own one though.

Alright, this is going to seem an extensive list, but with enough time, patience, finances (money), and the proper space, I'd like to make herping a major part of my life. I want to move on to bigger snakes and especially, hot snakes. I have an avid facination for the venemous, I love how they look, I love how they work, I love how they think, that'll be a good twenty+ years down the road most likely, if not a tad longer.

Those that will have Cages ranging in sizes for them:

    Ball Pythons:
    Pied
    BumbleBee Spider

    Boas:
Emerald Tree Boas (I'd like to have a circular room dedicated to them with high floor-to-ceiling cages)
    Red Tailed
    Brazilian Rainbow

Those that will have entire rooms (not living room sized, but large enough, like a zoological exibit) dedicated to them:

    Reticulated Python:
    Axanthic/Anerythristic
    Granite-backed
    Tiger

    Burmese Python:
    Normal
    Albino

    Anaconda:
    Yellow/Green

    ||Hot||

Technically you could name nearly every venemous snake (probably all) and I would put it in this category because I'm head over heels for them, however I'm going to list a few (sell my souls for). I'd assume my want/need for these snakes would be like someone's utter devotion to creating a new BP Morph (or any morph I suppose). I really have no intention of ever breeding the Venemous snakes (at least not the first and most important on my list) rather I plan on enjoying them. Past the first, these are in no particular order.

First and foremost. I hope this doesn't mark me as some rabid foaming...idiot?? I understand fully that this snake is not to be coddled, not to be played with or touched. I don't want it as a walking companion or something to curl up with at night. However, I'm also unsure if these snakes can even be kept as pets, I've been looking, but been unable to find any information. I refuse to take one from the wild, so I'm hoping someone actually breeds them (growing more and more unsure about this) However...:

    King Cobra:
I plan on owning several (if possible?). They will have their own floor-to-ceiling exibits and usually their own rooms. Special feeding access. Of course this means I'll also be keeping black ratsnakes (or other various ratsnakes) to feed the cobra. I am now listing all the cobras as above all else they are my main focus within venemous snakes. I love the intelligence within the cobra family, especially of the King Cobra, it's been said they come to recognize their handlers.
    Rinkhal's Spitting Cobra
    Albino Monocle Cobra
    Monocle Cobra
    Suphan Cobra
    Albino Monocle Cobra
    Black and White Spitting Cobra
    Egyptian Cobra
    Cape Cobra
    Forest Cobra
    Mozambique Spitting Cobra
    Black Pakistan Cobra

Black Mamba - Also unsure if these are pets/allowed to be pets.
    Southern/Northern Copperhead
    Broadband Copperhead
    Florida/Eastern Cottonmouth
    Mexican Cantil
    Variable Bush Viper
    Green Bush Viper
    Jumping Viper
    Puff Adder
    East African Gaboon Viper
    Banded Water Cobra
    Malayan Pit Viper
    Canebrake Rattlesnake
    Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake
    East African Green Mamba
    Black Head Bushmaster
    Eastern Coral Snake
    White Lipped Tree Viper

I plan on working my way up through non-venemous before even trying a "beginner" venemous snake, however, venemous snakes are my main area of focus, I'd like to keep the numbers of non-venemous down (unless in the cases of ratsnakes or such that are feeding the venemous snakes). I've been looking up restrictions/licensing in Pennsylvania, however I'll most likely be moving down to New Mexico/Colorado long before I begin to set up an area to keep venemous snakes comfortably, so I'll have to check there as well for what is/isn't allowed, where I'm to live is going to depend entirely upon what snakes are allowed where. However if anyone has any information as to what of the venemous snakes I just listed can absolutely _not_ be owned by a public/civillian/whatever even with proper venemous snake licensing...please tell me.
