When you need to get her out, I'd just come up, stroke that section closest to you, gently wrap a hand around, and slowly start pulling her out. Focus on slow to keep her calm. I have my guy get stuck in a hole I'd cut in his screentop for a humidifier, and he was totally calm as I slowly pulled him through, even with the metal being a bit pokey.

My snake was on computer table and decided to climb down, getting so entwined in all the cables he was stuck and couldn't move forward (down) or back up. Agree with Nodnarb3do, you have to be very slow and patient.

She was able to get through so before cutting anything you should try to get her to back up through it. This just happened to me not long ago. I used my hand to cover her head to get her to reverse back out of a wire basket
