    What scale do you use?

Right now I have been using a regular 11lb (5000g) food scale to weigh my ball pythons. But, the "size" of the scale is not large enough to hold my snakes, even with a bowl on it. What do you use? Is their something else relatively cheap I can get to weight my snakes?

    I use one of these

    http://smile.amazon.com/Taylor-3842-...+kitchen+scale

As for the size, with that one you could just set a square piece of plexiglass or whatever else you have on hand to expand the size, then zero out the weight before setting your snake on it.
