    Post-meal time is always funny.

I have just decided to make this post after feeding Poseidon. I have noticed that he manages to do this a lot. Whenever I feed him he always manages to pick up some of the Aspen substrate either on the food or he just somehow scoops it into his mouth (I'm not worried, they consume all kinds of dirt and crap in the wild, we don't need to babysit them.) and it also gets stuck in his mouth poking out the sides and the front. As if it's not fun enough to watch him eat, I get to see him roaming around the whole vivarium rubbing and squishing his face onto both of his hides, the logs and the branches trying to get the substrate off. Anyone else get this humorous display?

I use paper towels now but when I used aspen I would usually get a little show afterwards. The pic in my avatar is from when my jigsaw got a piece stuck in his mouth and yawned 6 or 7 times until he got it out. That's how I finally got my yawn shot thanks to aspen lol
