BP bad shed

Hi guys I'm new to the forums

so last month I got myself a BP and been housing it in a aquarium tank i decided to go with this because I want the view. Now there are some people saying is bad to house it in a glass aquarium because it can't keep the humidity. I have been spraying the tank once a day with a spray bottle to keep it's humidity, however when she went into her first shed and I panicked because I didn't know what it was

now her shed is just peeling off in pieces instead of a whole I read on here somewhere that soaking them in some warm water helps which I did today and got most of the skin off in the lower body not the upperbody[ the head and down to her neck] which Im scared to touch because she was squirming around and afraid she might bite me.

My question is if I leave it untouched will it come off by itself?
Her shed is all over the glass aquarium which is hard to get it off what should I do to remove it easily?

I hate to say it but if you're afraid to get bit you're going to get bit. Getting tagged at least once is pretty inevitable. Anyway what I did for my ball who just went through the worst shed ever is after soaking get a damp terry cloth and let them rub through it. Start at her head and just let her work her way through the cloth. You can also put the cloth over your hand and make a circle with your thumb and fore finger so she has some kind of resistance to work with. When you check to see what shed is left make sure you check that the eye caps have come off completely.

Yes, leave it alone. Your first lesson in Keeping Ball Pythons is that the more you mess around with them, the more stressed they get. Your job is to correct your husbandry issue. Here is a quick tip I often recommend to people to raise their humidity (follow the link).

Once your humidity is correct your snake will remove the skin on it's own.

Thanks for the input I have another question
the aquarium has this heavy pee odor, I use paper towels so when ever she poops i switch it out but
even with that the tank still smells with heavy odor is this normal? and is there a way
to get rid of the smell?[ only when i get close to the tank not when Im away]
