    Best Mister Ever!!!!

I recently suffered the loss of my misting spray bottle. It gave out after millions of pulls of the trigger. After a proper grieving period I started surfing Amazon for a new bottle. I found a sprayer made by Solo that looked pretty good so I gave it a shot. Thanks to Amazon Prime it was here in short order and was immediately put to use. It has now been is service for a few weeks and I have nothing but good things to say about it.

It is the style you pump to build pressure and then have a trigger that sprays as long as you hold it down. I have four to five snakes and a frog that I mist daily at least once. This mister allows me give them all a good misting without having to re pump it, usually more than once. Then the nozzle can be pointed up or down for those hard to reach places that the regular bottles could never reach because the straw was out of the water because I tilted it to far. The nozzle also adjusts to a fine mist to a direct spray jet, and when I say fine I mean fine. This thing does it all and for $17 I think it is a steal.

It is heavy duty and feels like a quality product in your hand. If you need a good mister give it a try. It will not disappoint.

I have had a couple that were similar, it also had the extra heavy plastic resevoir, however the plastic seems to crack easily when dropped (especially under pressure) and I've had two that developed pin hole leaks that would spray out from the bottom, you couldn't even see the leak until you pumped it up. But yeah they are MUCH nicer then the bottles where you keep pumping the trigger.

I have seen some like these but the Solo had a few advantages over them that I thought warranted the extra money. The first was being able to point the nozzle up and down. This makes it possible for me to basically shoot around corners so now I can easily water the plants in my gtp cage by pointing the nozzle down and spraying over the perches. My last spray bottle had to be tilted to get in there and the hose would very often be out of the water so it wouldn't spray, and trying to water them with a cup is difficult because the perches get in the way.

I can also flip the nozzle up and now I hardly have to open my racks tubs to mist them. Im able to stick the nozzle itself in the tub and spray the entire tub without disturbing the snakes like I did before. If I was trying to use my old bottle this was not possible and the tub had to be fully open to reach the substrate in the back to get a full misting.

This sprayer also has a thick skeletonized push rod for the pump. It is much stronger than the other styles I have seen and should last me a long time. I don't see this one bending under stress when you build the pressure which I have seen the thin rods do. Its also a oiled pump arm so it pumps easily and comfortably with little effort.

This unit really impressed me over the competition and after giving it a few weeks test drive I wanted to share it here to help others who dislike the regular spray bottles like I do if they were looking for a replacement. I held off way to long from buying one.
