Moving to the US from canada - 1 ball python

Hi all - I have been looking for the CITES forms and haven't found anything so far. I just have one BP that I would like to bring with me from Canada to the US. Are the forms available online?

    Thanks!

Checking CITES it looks like ball pythons are not listed in their appendices...

    http://www.cites.org/eng/app/appendices.php

    So no cites necessary?

    all help is so appreciated!

Ball pythons are cites II. I would talk to Sam at reptile express. He does imports and has to deal with that sort of paperwork regularly.
