Columbian Boa Enclosure Advice

Hi everyone. So I am working on make a enclosure for my boa. I have left over sheets of plywood from when we made the barn for my horse. It is the "flakeboard" kind of plywood. Dimensions I want to make are 5' x 2' x 2'. It's going to be in my bed room so I can't make it overly huge. And as of now she is only 3 feet and slim. My question, what would I use to seal the wood? What about the edges, would I use caulk? I plan on drilling holes (small ones of course) in it for airflow as well. Any input is welcome.

I have heard that the best thing to use is fish tank caulking. Only because it will go on clear for better looks and you already know it's safe for animals so you won't have to worry about any chemicals or oils leaking into the terrarium and possibly harming your boa.

For my wooden enclosures, I line them with linoleum. I just screw it in place and seal the edges with aquarium silicone.
