    feeding while breeding temp

I know the temp affects the digestion process of the balls but during breeding season i was curious if my temp drop at night will affect the snakes digestion process in a bad way?

No, in fact it's more natural. As long as it doesn't go too low.

Do you have a heat source such as belly or back heat?

I let the ambient temperature drop naturally with the seasons but maintain a hot spot with belly heat year round. Some of my females will continue to eat in the colder months while some go off food.

You may also offer smaller sized rodents in the cooler months.

The females are gaining weight and fat in order to produce eggs, the males, now have only one thing on their minds, and it's not eating.
