I used the rack in this video and made a few adjustments to fit my needs. I have since added another rack to give my breeders some extra room. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EYC-UE2qsg 3' x 2' about 6' tall. I made mine to hold 18 26 qt tubs with tstat and heat tape for about $300. You can adjust it from hatchlings to breeders. I have since added another rack for breeders.

The directions are very clear in that post.

To build a 11 tub 28qt rack you need one full 4' x 8' sheet of material. The cuts must be perfect to get 12 pieces out of one sheet to make an 11 high rack. All cuts were done on a CNC machine where the XPVC was purchased.

To build an 11 high 41qt rack you need 2 full sheets..... there is enough "scrap" left to build either an 11 tub high 12qt rack, or an 11 high 6qt rack that holds 22 tubs.

The best bet is to buy a 4' x 8' sheet of melamine at Lowes for $40 and build your own. Cut the shelves to whatever size you want and use pine for the side supports.

It will be much heavier, but much cheaper than XPVC.

Melamine is MDF with an acrylic laminate, at least that's the only way I have seen it
