    Is this scale rot??

    I found some blister or cut on my normal today.I have no idea if its scale rot.My normal was sharing a tank with another male snake.I. have no idea whether the normal is male or female. But really I want to know if its scale rot. [IMG]

    Looks like an infected scent gland near the vent. Damp newspaper for bedding and get some chlorhexidine. Apply every few days and hopefully it will be fine in a few weeks.

    Don't know about the spot near the tail...

    It doesnt seem to be anywhere but on the vent and that spot on the tail.So im not sure if its scale rot
