    Help please!

I purchased a spotnose ball python about a week ago from petco and a day later I tried feeding it, he wouldn't take the frozen hopper so I bought a a live mouse yesterday and left it in there all day but she still won't eat

He needs at least a week to settle down and get used to his new surroundings. Don't handle him for about a week, but after that week, try offering food. Don't be too scared if he doesn't eat. What are your temps and humidity?

Temps are from 98-105 and 80 on the cool side and humidity is 50%

    1) 98-105 is TOO hot! That could burn your snake. The hot side should be around 90-92... 95ish max.
    2) Most people here (including myself) would tell you to never leave a live rodent inside a snake's enclosure unsupervised. Hopefully you were able to watch the snake and mouse together ALL day, otherwise you could be putting your snake at risk.
    3) As Sammiebob suggested, leave your snake alone and untouched for at least a week to get settled before attempting to feed. Only perform basic husbandry tasks (changing water/substrate).

Woah his hot side is WAY too hot. That needs to be hovering around 90-93 MAX. And his humidity shouldn't be lower than probably 70% to be safe. Please post a picture of the cage he is in

Your issue is husbandry related, chances are there are more then your temps that are wrong.

Ok here is the plan for an optimum setup.

Assuming she is in the 70-150 grams range.

Get a 6 quarts tub, use aspen bedding, provide a hot spot of 88 (measured with a digital thermometer, temps gun ideally), 76/78 on the cool side.

Use a 6 inches plastic flower pot saucer for hide, just cut a hole on one side so she can get in. (hide need to be tight around the BP's body)

Once you have the setup together let her settle for a week.

NO HANDLING and I mean none at all until the animal eats at least 3 times for you.

Once a week has passed offer a live hopper mouse to adult mouse (depends on the animal's size) in the tub she is in (not out of the enclosure feeding)

A quick re check of the temps shows that her hot side is in the high 80s to low 90s and the cool side is 75 , adorn bedding, 65% humidity, and one hide she's about 20 inches , also, is the yellowish snake eye genetic
