    Question In theory......

In theory I know not to be worried about the fact that Nagini turned her nose up at her rat pup today. But realistically I gotta say it's worrisome. Nothing to be worried about, right?

Nope no worries. Probably just wasn't feeling very hungry this week.

It's most likely nothing to be worried about. Even with good husbandry it happens from time to time (might be worth it to triple check temps, humidity, etc - just to ease your mind). Sometimes, more often that we'd like, but usually nothing to worry over. Just wait until you start counting missed meals in months - that's when the real fun begins!
