    First Ball Python, first feeding

Happy to report all went well! I recently adopted a 4 year old BP from a friend of mine. This is my first snake and I'm pretty nervous but also excited about it. My friend had him for his entire 4 years, and told me that he has never had issues eating. He is eating frozen thawed and this was my first attempt at feeding since I got him. Placed the mouse on some newspaper in his enclosure and within 30 seconds he appeared out of his hide and had it wrapped up. I'm relieved as I have seen a few posts with folks having issues with feeding. Hoping this trend continues
