    ARS Caging

To me, most companies who are in business, do so without many issues. When issues to arise, the stories of how the issues are dealt with really make my opinion of them. ARS is one of the good guys to me.

Couple months ago, I bought my first profession show display rack from them. When I got it I unboxed it all and took the plastic wrap off everything, played with it for a couple minutes and then put it away until I needed to use it. A couple months after I bought it, I finally pulled it out to use it and found an issue, my 3 section display wouldn't open on one of the sections. the front wouldn't drop down far enough to let the top slide out, either the piece was too wide, or the holes were slightly off. Less than a 1/32 of an inch was the problem, but it was still a problem. I was able to force it out if I had to, but it needed to be fixed.

I emailed them the above photo, asked how they would resolve it. I got a phone call the next day from them, which most companies now seem to just email you something generic back. They apologized and said they could send a new front piece and confirmed that would make me happy. I thought they might ask for me to ship the whole thing back, which I would personally find to be a huge pain. The new front piece arrived in a couple days, took less than 2 minutes to swap the pieces out. now the display works as intended.

I am sure I will be needing to buy some more show displays in the future and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

ARS has a great product and they seem very good to deal with. We got our first display case from them, and could not be happier with the quality and service.

The only thing I will say that I don't care for is that I nearly guarantee that my keys would work on your display case. I tried my keys on a few peoples cases in Daytona last month and they worked in every one I tried.

I don't really see the point in having a keyed lock if all their keys are universal

Been dealing with ARS racks for a couple of years, and you certainly get what you pay for. They stand behind their products 100%

They look like a standard hole size, I bet you could buy your own replacements, but most cam lock keys are the same for each manufacturer, but you could get one from a manufacturer that doesn't supply the show display builders normally. I think the intent is to stop quick grabs or just keep the animals from accidental escapes.
