    This little stinker

I've always liked this baby. I initially popped all babies, and this one I was on the fence with. This was my first clutch and first attempts at popping. Now that they have some size, I probed everyone to double check. It's a boy. :-( I am male heavy and now have a decision to make. How do you guys let go of one's you like???

Keep him around as a pretty pet or a backup male in case one dies, the female doesn't show interest in the male you pick for her, etc.

    OR

Market him locally and inexpensively, with a sales contract that states if the buyer ever wants to sell him you get first right of refusal.

Every baby you sell pays off the cost of the parents, food, supplies, etc. Spend the cash on something you really like - snake related or not.

    Re: This little stinker

In reality, I'll probably never pair him to any of the females I have. I have plans with other boys. And I have all those genes, plus one, in one female. I just really like him, lol. But no room for more boys. I guess I just have to get used to not being able to keep them all. :p

Just sold a hatchling I really like. Did it with a smile, I know the new owners will really like him too.
