    Seasons breedeing statistics so far... interesting stuff :)

    So.... took a look at JKR's breeding statistics and decided I'd like to compile some of my own in a similar fashion.

    13 full clutches hatched out so far..... stats compiled only on fully hatched out clutches (5 more in the incubator and 4 more to lay and a few will probably ovy soon).

    80 eggs total out of 13 clutches= 6.15 egg avg. per clutch.
    73 good eggs.... 2 slugs and 5 eggs went bad (all infertile and started to mold after a few weeks)

    91.2% hatch rate.

    Males= 27, Females=46

    Triple gene= 2
    Double gene (includes recessives with a morph)= 19- Lot of Nuclear and Sugar/Fire/Pastel combos
    Single gene= 52- lots of Bananas, Sugars, Fires and Butters

    Not included is clutch #14 which has been cut.... 2 Banana Pinstripes and 3 Pinstripes (not out of the egg or sexed).

    Best part is that we have only hatched out 10 Normals so far!!

    Anyone else compiling any stats??

    Edited stats. I was one clutch off on the original post.

    2 more clutches hatched out.... updated stats.

    15 total clutches hatched out.

    85 total eggs= 5.667 eggs per clutch

    7 bad eggs- 2 slugs, 5 infertile eggs

    78 good eggs hatched out.

    91.76% hatch rate

    Males= 36

    Females= 42

    Triple gene= 2
    Double gene (includes recessives with a morph)= 21- Lot of Nuclear and Sugar/Fire/Pastel combos
    Single gene= 55- lots of Bananas, Sugars, Fires and Butters

    Two more clutches in the incubator (12 eggs) and we are waiting on 2 more females to lay and expecting 3-4 more females to ovulate in the next few months.... hopefully reaching our 20 clutch, 120 egg goal for our first full time breeding season.

    18 eggs / 3 clutches = 6 avg

    100 % hatch rate.
    1 bad deformity, had to put the little guy down.

    17 hatchlings -

    Single - 13
    Double - 2
    Triple - 3

    2 normals out of 17, not counting my 4 normal double het albino pieds as normals.

    Not sexed yet.
    My ultimate goal is an Albino Clown Pied.

    15 hatchlings(100% hatch rate)

    triple gene: 1
    double gene: 6
    single gene: 6
    normal: 2

    Clutches: 3
    Eggs: 21 total, so 7 per clutch
    No slugs, no infertile eggs
    21 hatchlings for 100% hatch rate

    Triple genes: 2 (possibly 3 depending on if the third animal proves in a few years)
    Two genes: 5 (4 if one proves to be a triple)
    Single gene: 9
    Normals: 5

    Sex Ratio (M.F): 12.9

    All non-visual recessives are either 50% ph Hypo (six animals from last clutch of 6 eggs) or 100% het Hypo (15 animals).
