I want to start breeding! 🐍

I'm thinking of breeding ball pythons. I've looked at a bunch of posts about eggs hatching and it gets me so exited, so I thought: why not do it myself?
im not going jump into it blindly, and I probably won't acctually be breeding for 2 or 3 years. It will be major research and talking to reliable sources.

anyways, just to get started; I'm definitely getting a pastel and either a pinstripe, or a cinnamon.
Which one should be male, and which one should be female? I'll be buying them as hatchlings and will let them grow up to breeding age and size.

In the future, I'll probably asking a load of questions! Lol.

First I would say it's really good to see you plan to research and wait until breeding. Then if you are really set on breeding and plan to raise from a hatchling I would suggest getting two females for now. Let them grow out a year then next year you can look to add a multiple gene male. It is addicting so thats why I suggest two females for now since more then likely next year you would be itching to make another purchase.
