    Comprehensive ball python books?

I'm trolling amazon trying to find good in depth guides to breeding, advanced husbandry, morphs and genetics, health, etc...
Does anybody have any suggestions? The bigger the book the better, I'm one for details.

Also, I'm giving myself a good two years to learn everything I need to know and gather all the supplies ( and space! ) I'll need.

The Ultimate Ball Python Morph Making Guide by Kevin McCurley is almost 800 pages of everything you want to know. It just came out a couple months ago. It's a little pricey around $110 but is worth it. I have a copy and it is full of information and has somewhere around 1200 color pictures of different morphs and the genetic breakdown of almost all of them.
0.1 Desert Yellowbelly BP | 0.1 Yellowbelly BP
0.1 Pastel BP | 1.0 Super Pastel BP
0.1 Champagne Het Hypo BP | 0.1 Spider BP
    0.1 Lesser BP | 0.1 Pinstripe BP
    1.0 Caramel Albino BP
    1.0 Butter BP | 1.0 Pied BP
1.0 Cinna Bee BP | 1.0 Albino BP,
    2.1 normal BP's
2.1 Western Hognose Het albino | 1.0 Western Hognose Albino Het Axanthic
    1.0 Anaconda phase Western Hognose
1.0 BCI Boa |0.1 Hypo Het Snow Boa
0.1 Hypo Boa | 0.1 Hogg Island Boa
0.1 Striped Borneo Short Tailed Python
    0.0.1 Jayapura GTP

This book is amazing for genetics and breeding, but has not a lot on husbandry or care of a ball python. His other book, Ball Pythons in Captivity is very good and has everything you need to know! I do recommend the morph maker guide however, I won it on here and oh my god, the book is stunning! I cannot put it down!

    0.1 Golden Dalmatian Crestie [Banana]

I've already read ball pythons in captivity, handed it down though (to someone who would of bought a Bp without the proper knowledge of how to care for it effectively). I'm looking for something a bit more detailed than that. I plan on having a collection in the future, I'd like a husbandry book for "collectors" (something with information on snack racks, mice colonies, etc.)

I was eyeing that morph book you two are talking about. I wish it wasn't so expensive!

Ahh okay then. In terms of genetics and morphs, you will not find a book as detailed as the morph maker guide. The quality and amount of information in the book is incredible. The pictures go a long way too. You can just turn to any page and see some top level morphs that you never even knew existed! I love the book.

That is one I will definitely have to save up for. Another one I was looking at (for the subject of health and illness) is "what's wrong with my snake?"
