I have owned many snakes, california kings, california green grass snakes, ball pythons, red tail boas, and now I just got my first blood.

She doesn't move much, and when she does she's always in her moss bowl.... Is this normal for bloods? All my other snakes rarely went in their water dish, or in their moss bowl.

She's not in a large tank, she's in a small plastic bin, because babies feel more secure in a smaller area.

She has a hide, a big water bowl, a moss bowel, and that's about it. Today I'll be getting her a live mouse, (first time feeding her, got her on tuesday)

I use a UTH, but she has a lamp too, but it's mainly for light, but it does have some heat to it, so I check the humidity a couple time a day, to make sure it's right.

But she's always in her moss bowl, and when I take her out, she's no aggressive, defensive and she just lies in my hand, though if I hold her for more than 2 minutes she does get a little more active and started moving a lot more...

Just want to know if this is normal...
