Title Says Genetic Banded Butter

This is on Craigslist right now in my area. Guy says it's a Genetic Banded Butter. I don't think I see that...it is cool, though. Supposed to be a 500g female for $250.

Any guess as to what she may be? Or confirmation that she is a Genetic Banded Butter?
