I just got a baby BP about 2 days ago. I'm keeping him in a 10 gallon Sterilite tub and I'm using undertank heating. The temperature on the cold side is about 75 degrees and the humidity is about 60. I've read that both of those are a bit low and I was wondering how to raise the heat and humidity. Also, when should I attempt to feed him? He seems fairly stressed and I think he's getting ready to shed. He was supposed to eat on the day that I got him but I had read to give it a couple days before I do anything with him. I was just wanting some advice, this is my first snake and I just want to do everything right.

There are two rows of vent holes on both of the long sides, the little circle you see on the inside let side if the hygrometer and the thermometer is on the opposite side on the outside of the tub. I'm using a little plastic stick on thermometer I bought at the pet store where I bought him. I will probably try feeding him tomorrow evening, just to see if he'll eat.
also are you regulating your heat source with a thermostat. You definitely need one of those to keep your little one from getting burned. It will also help you keep temps consistent.
