Princess is suddenly eating way more than usual

Our BP, until recently was eating 3 mice a week. This past month she's suddenly become ravenous and is now consuming up to 11 mice a week. And she's started being unusually aggressive, anytime anyone opens her cage to change water, or something she strikes like she thinks she's being fed. Princess has always been a super mellow snake and we've never had a problem handling her, or letting others hold her. I would just like to know if this is normal, or should I be worried. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

How much does Princess weigh? What's her age and what size mouse are you feeding her?
